A successful enterprise is built by WISE PLANNING, becomes strong by COMMON SENSE, and profits wonderfully by keeping abreast of the FACTS (Proverbs 24:3-4 TLB).
COMMON SENSE for us means to have a common destiny, a common purpose and a common sense of where God is leading us. Recently we have done some WISE PLANNING. The Elders and I restructured our organizational flow chart to facilitate greater communication and better execution of purpose between the different ministries in the church. This COMMON SENSE helps us to keep abreast of the FACTS, or in other words, to pay attention to the details.
Today I want to introduce you to the team leaders who will help us to operate with greater excellence. They will help turn the dreams God has given me into reality. We’ve been meeting every other week so we can all get on the same page, and they’ve been working diligently on 90 day goals that we set back in June. I ask you to pray for them and support them in any way that you can. Each of the ministries in the church now belongs to one of the departments overseen by a team leader. I will take some time during a service in September to bring them to the platform and explain what they each do.

I appreciate the great TEAM we have. Together Everyone Achieves More. I feel that God is getting us ready for growth and He desires that we have a well defined structure so we can be strong and well supported when that growth comes.
Leadership is... knowing what to do next; knowing why that’s important; and knowing how to bring appropriate resources to bear on the need at hand. ~ Bobb Biehl
